In what form is the Smart-Gate delivered?
The Smart-Gate is available in a compact form as an insert for integration into the heat pump or in a dedicated E-Box for installation in the technical room.
In the sct. heat pump module, the Smart-Gate is already built into the heat pump and only needs to be connected to power and the internet
What data can the Smart-Gate read?
Through its dedicated online portal, you can access a wide range of data, including:
- COP value (seasonal performance factor)
- Heating output
- Cooling output
- Electrical consumption
- Heat pump inlet and outlet temperatures
- Outdoor air temperature
- System pressure
- Compressor speed

At what intervals can data from the Smart-Gate be accessed online?
By default, the Smart-Gate records data from the heat pump and connected devices every 15 minutes.
For detailed analysis, readings can be captured at intervals of 2, 3, or 5 minutes, with data logged every 5 seconds.
How many heat pumps can be controlled with a single Smart-Gate?
The Smart-Gate can control up to 32 heat pumps simultaneously. This depends on how many additional devices—such as circulation pumps, valves, and others—also need to be managed or monitored by the Smart-Gate.
What information does the Smart-Gate send, and how will I be notified?
The Smart-Gate sends notifications about:
- Changes in settings
- The operating status of the heat pump
- Error messages or system malfunctions
Notifications can be received by the user or authorized personnel via email or SMS and can also be accessed through the online portal.
How long are the recorded data stored online?
Information and measurement points recorded by the Smart-Gate are available online for a period of two years.
