What is a heat pump module?
Maximum efficiency in the system network
The heat pump module is the ideal addition to modern energy centers. It combines high-performance brine-to-water heat pumps with an industrially prefabricated hydraulic unit on a robust frame system. This reduces on-site installation time to a minimum and guarantees maximum operational reliability through factory testing.
The design: Precision meets stability
Each module is designed as a self-contained unit and offers clear advantages for transport and operation thanks to its robust construction:
- Two-frame system: The module consists of a base frame for the heat pump and a separate base frame for the module groups.
- Solid steel frame: The design allows for easy handling with pallet jacks or forklifts throughout its service life.
- Flexible floor leveling: Height-adjustable feet allow for direct compensation of floor irregularities of up to 40 mm.
- Wall-independent installation: The modular system enables complete installation of all components without requiring direct attachment to building walls.
- Integrated liquid protection: Elevating the unit above the floor protects the sensitive components from potential liquid ingress.
What are the advantages of the heat pump module?
Time savings during installation
No complex piping required on the construction site – the module arrives fully assembled and tested.
Execution
reliability
Minimizing assembly
errors through standardized industrial prefabrication.
Flexibility in installation location
Thanks to the freestanding frame construction and the pallet truck-compatible base.

Perfect system integration
Specifically designed for integration into the energy cube or as a cascadable individual solution.
Pre-assembled hydraulics: Plug & Play in perfection
The core of the hydraulic system is available in various configurations to precisely meet the requirements of the design engineer:
- High-performance components: Use of highly efficient circulation pumps (e.g.,
Wilo Stratos PARA
or
Wilo Yonos GIGA).
- Integrated safety:
Depending on the configuration, dirt separators, safety valves, and rubber expansion joints (in the supply and return lines) are already integrated and connected to the system.
- Complete sensor system: Pressure gauges (0-6 bar) and sensor sleeves for precise control are pre-installed.
