The basis of my work is the radical efficiency of the Estonian tech industry. In Estonia, we don't just build with concrete, but with data. As an engineer and technical manager, I have learned to accelerate construction projects through consistent digitalization (BIM) and automation. I bring this "digital-first" mentality to the sct. to translate complex engineering into smart, scalable industrial sites. I don't think of buildings as static objects, but as dynamic networks that need to be precisely controlled technologically.


The Way: Smart-Gate – The Revolution in Energy Distribution

In my role as technical manager for the sct. Smart-Gate, I make sure that the energy transition works in practice. My path is to bundle the highly complex requirements for modern heating and cooling systems in a single, intelligent component. The Smart-Gate is much more than a distributor: it is the digital control center that visualizes, optimizes and makes energy flows controllable. I am focused on perfecting this system in such a way that we drastically reduce assembly times on the construction site and at the same time guarantee operational reliability backed by software precision from Estonia.


The vision: Maximum performance through intelligent networking

My vision is to make the Smart-Gate the universal standard for every modern building. I don't want our partners to waste any more time on complicated on-site piping and susceptibility to errors. My goal is a fully networked energy infrastructure that is as easy to install as a computer network. Whoever with me and the sct. gets hardware that thinks for itself. We supply the technology that ensures that the valuable energy of our energy cubes and energy surfaces arrives precisely and without loss where it is needed.

As a purchasing manager at our plant in Estonia, I know the challenges of global supply chains and the importance of material quality in the high-tech sector. My expertise lies in managing complex procurement processes across all product groups in such a way that we guarantee absolute planning security and the highest quality standards – from the raw material to the finished system component.

In my role as Purchasing Manager for Smart Bricks, Energy Cubes, Energy Surfaces and the Smart Gate, I actively drive the optimization of our material flows. My focus is on translating the innovative requirements of our engineers into an economical and reliable supply structure. By bundling procurement for all product groups, I create synergies that allow sct. to combine technological excellence with high market efficiency. I see purchasing not only as a cost center, but as a decisive lever for the innovative strength and delivery reliability of our production.

Our Partnership with Werroform OÜ


As a subsidiary of SCT System Components Trading GmbH, Werroform OÜ in Võru, Estonia, is our production site, boasting approximately 12,000 m² of factory space. It embodies the perfect symbiosis of traditional timber construction expertise and industrial precision, essential for the realization of our innovative system components.


Werroform is a specialized assembly plant that guarantees uncompromising quality through industrial prefabrication and intelligent design. The combination of a think tank, development expertise, and production facility paves the way for us to create innovations, build them, and then rapidly implement efficiency improvements. This close and strategic partnership enables us to manufacture our pioneering products efficiently and sustainably.

Production Focus Areas

At the Werroform OÜ plants, the key components for future-oriented building and energy management are manufactured for sct:


  • Energy Cube (Air-Brine Heat Exchanger):

The Energy Cubes are our innovative, technically sophisticated solution for extracting heat and cooling from the ambient air in combination with a brine-to-water heat pump. At Werroform, the Energy Cube is assembled as a maintenance-free air-to-brine heat exchanger (air absorber). The system utilizes the downdraft effect and, thanks to the internal parallel Tichelmann principle, operates silently and without a fan. Manufacturing in Estonia in 15 performance classes guarantees maximum precision and enables simple plug-and-play installation on the construction site.


  • Heat Pump Modules:

The heat pump modules are an important part of our sustainable energy system. Prefabrication of the heat pump modules significantly reduces the on-site installation effort for highly efficient heating and cooling systems. This saves costs and ensures the highest product standards.


  • Smart-Brick (wooden bricks):

Smart-Bricks are a key component of our timber construction system. These high-precision, CE-certified wooden brick elements are manufactured by Werroform. They represent a fast, sustainable, and easy-to-install solution for wall construction. Various system products, such as prefabricated ceiling and roof elements, complement the product.
